What can the hours cover?
Prompt and model changes, broken Slack, email or CRM hooks, new routing rules, knowledge base refreshes and trimming token costs. A new agent or a new workflow is a separate job with its own fixed-price quote.
Are model and API costs included?
No. OpenAI, Anthropic and other provider bills stay on your own account. We watch them and tell you when usage moves.
Who can sign up?
Active Cuanto Labs customers only. These prices apply to projects we built, or ones we have taken on after an onboarding audit. If we have not worked together yet, start with a project or an audit and the plans open up from there.
How do the 6 and 12-month discounts work?
Commit to 6 months and every month is 15% off. Commit to 12 months and every month is 20% off. Month-to-month stays at the list price and you can cancel anytime.

Can I change plans?
Yes. Move up anytime. Moving down on a 6 or 12-month commitment takes effect when the term ends.
