- 2. Fixed-price proposal. Scope and a number, in writing, before any code exists.
- 3. Build in the open. You get a working version in week two and review progress weekly.
- 4. Launch and hand over. Code, repositories and accounts transfer to you at the end. They are yours.
- 5. Support if you want it. A monthly retainer is optional and never a condition of handover.

Is our data used to train someone's model?
Not by us. We use business-tier APIs whose terms exclude training on your data, and we keep prompts and outputs in infrastructure you own. Any data leaving your systems is scoped in writing before the build.
What does an AI project cost?
A focused agent or chatbot is typically $6,000–$20,000 fixed-price, plus model usage which is usually tens to low hundreds of dollars monthly at small-business volume. Larger multi-workflow systems cost more; we quote after scoping.
How do we know it works?
We agree the measure before building — tickets deflected, minutes saved per document, percentage of queries resolved — and instrument it. If the number does not move, that is a finding we report, not one we hide.
What if AI is the wrong tool for our problem?
Then we tell you. A good share of what gets pitched as AI is a scheduled job and a well-designed form, and those are cheaper to build and far cheaper to run.
