We do not claim a compliance certification. We build in a HIPAA-aware way: vendors that will sign a business associate agreement where protected health information is involved, the minimum patient data in each step, access limited to the job, and logs of every action. Your practice stays responsible for its own compliance program.
Can an AI answer our phones and book appointments?
Yes, as a custom voice agent. We scope what it may do (book, reschedule, answer questions about hours and location), which scheduling system it writes to, and when it passes the call to staff. It does not give medical advice, and clinical questions go to a person.
Does patient information go into the AI model?
Only what a step needs, and we design to keep it small, for example booking from a name and a time slot rather than a chart. Where protected health information must pass through a vendor, we use one that signs a business associate agreement. Those choices are agreed with you during scoping.
