Mobile App Development Company in Miami, FL

Cuanto Labs builds iOS and Android apps for Miami businesses and founders from a single React Native and Expo codebase, with push notifications and offline support included. A mobile app starts at $15,000 fixed-price and typically takes 8–16 weeks including App Store and Google Play submission. Founder Eliran Yihye leads each build from Fort Lauderdale (mailing address 1314 E Las Olas Blvd) and meets Miami clients in person at kickoff.

Most Miami apps we are asked about fall into three groups: staff and driver apps for logistics and service companies, customer apps for hospitality and retail, and first products from founders who need something in the stores. We build the backend and the app together, so what you get is a working system, not a screen that waits for someone else's API.

How much does mobile app development cost in Miami?

Mobile apps from Cuanto Labs start at $15,000, fixed-price and written down before work begins. That covers a scoped React Native app on iOS and Android with push notifications and offline support. Multi-phase builds or heavy integrations cost more. A web app is the cheaper first step at $8,000.

How long does it take to build a mobile app?

Plan for 8–16 weeks. That is longer than a web app because of two platforms, device testing and the App Store and Google Play review cycles. You see a working build on your own phone well before launch, and the schedule is part of the written proposal.

Native or cross-platform for a Miami business app?

For most business apps, cross-platform. React Native with Expo ships to both stores from one codebase and still feels native. Fully native makes sense for heavy graphics, deep hardware access or a single-platform product. We say which you need after hearing what the app has to do.

How do I choose a mobile app developer in Miami?

Ask to see apps they shipped, who owns the code and store accounts, how they handle review rejections, and how updates work after launch. Get the price in writing. With us, Eliran Yihye scopes the project, and the repositories, developer accounts and backend transfer to you.

What happens after the app is live?

You own it and can run updates with your team. Operating systems change every year, so apps need periodic maintenance to keep working. We offer that on a monthly basis if you want it, and our fractional CTO service covers product direction. Neither is required to take ownership.

What we build for Miami businesses

iOS and Android from one codebase

React Native and Expo apps with a native feel, shipped to the App Store and Google Play without paying for two builds.

Bilingual apps

English and Spanish designed in from the first screen, including notifications, receipts and support messages.

Staff and driver apps

Task lists, photo capture and status updates that work offline and sync when the signal returns, tied to your office system.

Backend and admin

The API, database and admin dashboard behind the app, so your team can manage users and content without a developer.

Apps for a bilingual, mobile-first city

In Miami much of the customer base lives on a phone, often in two languages, and often sends a photo or a voice note before an email. That makes a few design choices non-negotiable. Interfaces are built bilingual from the start, so Spanish is a first-class screen rather than a translated afterthought. Notifications and messaging need to feel as immediate as WhatsApp. Staff apps used on the road around Doral, Port Miami and the airport corridor have to survive patchy signal, so we build offline queues that sync later. Hospitality and events teams on Miami Beach and in Wynwood need fast check-in flows that work with one hand. We pair that with a backend you own, so the app and your office systems share the same records. Kickoff workshops happen in person; development and testing run remotely from our Las Olas base in Fort Lauderdale.

How a project runs

  1. 1. Discovery call. Thirty minutes on the problem, the timeline and the budget. No deck, no pitch.
  2. 2. Fixed-price proposal. Scope and a number, in writing, before any code exists.
  3. 3. Build in the open. You get a working version in week two and review progress weekly.
  4. 4. Launch and hand over. Code, repositories and accounts transfer to you at the end. They are yours.
  5. 5. Support if you want it. A monthly retainer is optional and never a condition of handover.

Miami questions we get asked

Do I need an iOS app, an Android app or both?

Usually both, and one React Native codebase covers them at the cost of one build. If your users are mostly on one platform, such as a staff team that all uses iPhones, we can ship to that store first and add the other later.

Can the app work in Spanish and English?

Yes. We build the interface, notifications and content model for both languages from the start, and test with real text in each. Adding Spanish to a finished app means touching every screen, so it is cheaper to decide at the beginning.

Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?

Yes. Store listings, builds, review submissions and the back-and-forth if a reviewer rejects something are part of the project. The developer accounts are set up in your name so you own the listing.

Does the app need to work without internet?

If your users work in warehouses, vehicles or buildings with weak signal, yes, and we build offline-first so actions queue and sync later. If every user is always online, we keep it simpler and cheaper.

Should I start with a mobile app or a web app?

A web app starts at $8,000 and takes 4–8 weeks, a mobile app starts at $15,000 and takes 8–16 weeks. Build mobile when you need push notifications, the camera or offline use. Otherwise a web app is a cheaper way to test the idea.
