Web Development in Aventura, FL — Our Home Office
Cuanto Labs is based in Aventura, at 18117 Biscayne Blvd. This is not a virtual office or a mailing address — it is where the team works, and it is why clients between Sunny Isles and Hallandale can get a same-week meeting instead of a calendar invite three weeks out.
We have been building software here since 2019: web applications, AI agents, and Shopify stores for businesses across South Florida. Being local matters less for writing code than it does for the parts of a project that go wrong quietly — a workflow nobody described accurately, a stakeholder who needs to be in the room. Those get solved faster over a table.

What we build for Aventura businesses
Custom web applications
Portals, booking systems, internal tools and dashboards built to fit how your office already runs, not how a template assumes it does.
AI agents & automation
Assistants that answer routine client questions, extract data from documents, and clear inboxes and queues that currently eat a staff member's afternoon.
Shopify & e-commerce
Store builds, custom apps, checkout and upsell work for local retail and DTC brands, tuned for conversion rather than for looking busy.
Ongoing support
A retained relationship after launch — updates, fixes and new features — with someone who already knows your system.
A local team, not a remote vendor
Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Hallandale Beach and North Miami Beach are dense with medical practices, real estate and property management firms, law offices and retail — businesses that buy software once every few years and cannot afford for that purchase to fail. We take those projects fixed-price, keep the team to the senior people who scoped it, and stay reachable afterwards. Most of our work comes from clients who hired us again or referred a neighbor.

How a project runs
- 1. Discovery call. Thirty minutes on the problem, the timeline and the budget. No deck, no pitch.
- 2. Fixed-price proposal. Scope and a number, in writing, before any code exists.
- 3. Build in the open. You get a working version in week two and review progress weekly.
- 4. Launch and hand over. Code, repositories and accounts transfer to you at the end. They are yours.
- 5. Support if you want it. A monthly retainer is optional and never a condition of handover.
Aventura questions we get asked
Where exactly are you located?
18117 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura, FL 33160. Call (786) 223-3223 or email eliran@cuantolabs.com to arrange a meeting.
Do you work with small local businesses?
Yes. A meaningful share of our work is single-location practices, agencies and retailers in the Aventura and Sunny Isles area. If a project is too small to justify custom development, we say so and point you at the off-the-shelf tool that fits.
What does a first meeting look like?
A 30-minute conversation about the problem, the timeline and the budget — in our office, at yours, or on a call. No slide deck and no sales pitch. You leave knowing whether custom software is the right answer at all.
How do you charge?
Fixed price per project, agreed before we start. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders. Ongoing support is a separate monthly retainer only if you want one.
