AI Chatbots on Your Documents
Your team and your customers keep asking questions your documents already answer. We build chatbots that search your own manuals, policies and files and reply from them, with a link to the source and a handoff to a person when the documents do not cover it.

Who builds RAG chatbots on company documents in Florida?
Cuanto Labs, a founder-led AI agency based in Fort Lauderdale, builds chatbots that answer from a company's own documents using retrieval (RAG) on OpenAI and Anthropic models. Projects start at $5K, fixed price, typically 2 to 6 weeks. Eliran Yihye scopes each one, and the code and accounts transfer to you at handover.
What is a RAG chatbot?
RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation. When someone asks a question, the system searches your documents for the relevant passages and gives them to a language model, which writes the answer from them. The reply is grounded in your files instead of the model's general memory, and it can link back to the source.
How much does a chatbot on company documents cost?
At Cuanto Labs it is priced as an AI agent project: fixed price from $5K, with the published band for an implementation trained on your data at $5K to $15K. The number is written into a proposal after a scoping call. Documents spread across several systems cost more than one clean folder.
Which documents can the chatbot read?
Most text-based business files: PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, web pages and help-center or wiki exports. Clean scans can work, and poor scans cost more to get right. We confirm the formats during scoping, using samples of your real files, before the price is fixed.
How do you reduce wrong answers from a chatbot?
By design: the chatbot answers only from retrieved passages, shows the source and says it does not know when the documents do not cover a question. We test it with real questions from your team before launch. The risk cannot be removed entirely, so sensitive topics go to a person.
How does Cuanto Labs' AI chatbot price compare with South Florida firms?
Cuanto Labs starts at $5K, fixed. 10 of 17 South Florida software and web firms on Clutch that publish a minimum project list one above $5K, and the median minimum is $10,000+. Their median hourly band is $100-$149/hr. Clutch minimums cover any project type. Data as of September 26, 2026.

More questions
Will our documents be used to train AI models?
Not by us. We use business-tier API accounts whose terms exclude training on your data, and before the build we write down which folders and systems the chatbot may read and who can ask it questions.
Can the chatbot answer in Spanish?
Yes. Chatbots can run in English and Spanish, including from documents written in either language. Decide this before the build, because it changes the testing.
Who owns the chatbot after it is built?
You do. The code, repositories and accounts transfer to you at handover, and support afterwards is optional.
What if a chatbot is the wrong tool for our problem?
We say so. If you have a few short documents, a well-organized help page can be cheaper to build and to run than a chatbot.
