Custom Software Development in Miami, FL
Cuanto Labs builds custom software for Miami companies: platforms that connect the systems a business already uses and take manual work out of the middle. Custom builds start at $8,000 fixed-price and typically go live in 4–8 weeks. We are a Fort Lauderdale team (mailing address 1314 E Las Olas Blvd) and travel to Miami-Dade for kickoff and milestone meetings.
Miami projects tend to be multi-party and multi-language: a broker, a client and a vendor all touching the same record, in English and Spanish, across currencies. That is where packaged software starts to creak, and where we spend our time: the data model, the permissions and the integrations, with an interface your staff will actually use.

How much does custom software development cost in Miami?
Custom software from Cuanto Labs starts at $8,000, and most web-based business systems land between that and $20,000, fixed-price and agreed in writing before work starts. Platforms with several user roles, integrations or bilingual content sit higher in that range. A database or backend layer on its own starts at $2,000.
How long does custom software take to build in Miami?
A focused build takes 4–8 weeks from kickoff to production, with a working version to click through in the second week. Multi-party platforms with many roles and integrations take 8 to 16 weeks. We write the timeline into the proposal and show progress at every milestone, not only at the end.
Why does off-the-shelf software fail for Miami businesses?
Packaged tools assume one language, one currency and one kind of customer. Miami operations often serve several of each, with partners abroad and brokers and vendors sharing records. The workarounds pile up in spreadsheets until the tool is a cost with no payoff. Custom software removes the workaround instead of managing it.
How do I choose a custom software company in Miami?
Check who actually writes the code, what you own at handover, how soon you see working software, and whether they will say no to a bad idea. Ask for a fixed price in writing. With us, Eliran Yihye scopes and leads each project, and the code and accounts are transferred to you.
Can custom software integrate with QuickBooks, Stripe or a CRM?
Yes. QuickBooks, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce and most scheduling and property tools expose APIs we can connect to. If a system only offers file exports, we build around that. The technical review before the quote tells you exactly what can be automated and what will stay manual.

What we build for Miami businesses
Multi-party platforms

Real estate and listing tools
Property sites, listing sync and lead handling that the agent or firm owns, built on the same approach as SoldFront.

Searchable databases and dashboards over records scattered across files and tools, built for fast lookups at scale.
Software for a trade-and-property city
Miami's economy leans on international trade, real estate, finance, hospitality and healthcare, and the connective tissue between them is paperwork and phone calls. Brickell offices coordinate cross-border transactions, Doral and the airport corridor handle freight and distribution for Latin America, Miami Beach and Wynwood run hospitality, retail and creative businesses, and Coral Gables and Coconut Grove hold law firms, clinics and developers. What these share is a need for software that handles several roles and two languages at once, and that does not break when a counterparty uses a different system. We design the permissions first, so each party sees only its own records, then build the screens around them. Our Las Olas base is a straight run down I-95, so in-person workshops are practical, while most of the build runs remotely.

How a project runs
- 1. Discovery call. Thirty minutes on the problem, the timeline and the budget. No deck, no pitch.
- 2. Fixed-price proposal. Scope and a number, in writing, before any code exists.
- 3. Build in the open. You get a working version in week two and review progress weekly.
- 4. Launch and hand over. Code, repositories and accounts transfer to you at the end. They are yours.
- 5. Support if you want it. A monthly retainer is optional and never a condition of handover.

Miami questions we get asked
Can you build software in English and Spanish?
Yes. Bilingual support covers the interface, notifications, generated documents and the way content is stored, so adding a language later does not mean rewriting the database. We test with real Spanish and English data, not placeholder text.
We work with partners abroad. Is that a problem?
No, it is common here. Multi-currency amounts, different date and address formats and documents from other countries are familiar requirements. We scope them in the first call because they change the data model more than the screens.
Do you meet in person in Miami?
Yes. We are a remote team based in Fort Lauderdale with no office to visit, and we come to your premises in Miami-Dade for kickoff, workshops and milestone reviews. Between those, we work over video calls and shared documents.
Can you build on top of the system we already use?
Usually. If it has an API we integrate directly, and if it only exports files we build around that. We run a short technical review of what your systems expose before quoting, so the price reflects the real work.
How is this page different from your Miami web development page?
The web development page is about web apps and sites in general. This one is about larger custom systems: several user roles, integrations, bilingual use and data that has to stay correct as the business grows. Pricing and timelines come from the same published bands.
