What kind of work can an agent actually take over?
Repetitive, rule-shaped work with a clear input and a checkable output: triaging tickets, extracting data from documents, routing and following up on requests, keeping two systems in agreement.
Do you connect it to the tools we already use?
Yes — Slack, email and CRM hooks are part of the build, along with monitoring and alerting so you can see what the agent did and when it failed.
What if automation is the wrong answer for our problem?
We say so. Some of what gets pitched as AI is a scheduled job and a well-designed form, and those are cheaper to build and cheaper to run.
How long does it take?
