MeetSynq

Find the overlap

MeetSynq finds the shared window, books it and puts the invite on both calendars, from one link per meeting type.

MeetSynq is built on our fork of the open-source Cal.com scheduling platform. Our work is the rebrand, the white-label setup, the marketing site and the hosting and operation, not the scheduling engine.

The Challenge

Booking a meeting across two calendars still takes a thread of emails. Agencies that want to offer scheduling to their own clients also need it under the client’s brand, not a third party’s.

The Solution

Google, Outlook and Apple calendars sync in, and a slot closes when the host is busy on any of them. Round-robin and collective booking cover teams, guests see times in their own time zone, and intake answers ride along in the invite. Zoom, Google Meet and Stripe connect directly. Each client account is white-labeled with its own logo, colors, sender name and domain. The free trial needs no card, and pricing is per seat.
