Web Development Company in Boca Raton, FL

Cuanto Labs builds custom web software for Boca Raton companies — client portals, internal platforms and integrations for the B2B, financial services and healthcare firms concentrated along the Yamato and Glades corridors.

Boca work tends to arrive with more constraints than most: compliance requirements, an existing enterprise system that cannot be replaced, and a security review before anything goes live. We scope those explicitly at the quote stage rather than discovering them in week six, which is the difference between a fixed price that holds and one that does not.

What we build for Boca Raton businesses

Client & partner portals

Secure logins, role-based access and document exchange for firms that currently move sensitive files over email.

Internal platforms

Underwriting, intake, onboarding and reporting tools that replace a stack of spreadsheets and a shared drive.

Enterprise integrations

Connecting a CRM, practice management or ERP system you are not replacing to the workflow you actually need.

AI document processing

Extracting structured data from PDFs, applications and statements, with a human review step rather than blind automation.

Software that survives a compliance review

The Boca Raton corridor has a high concentration of financial services, insurance, medical and SaaS companies — organizations where the software buyer is not the only approver. Access control, audit logging, data retention and a defensible hosting story are part of the build, not a phase-two ticket. We work with the systems already in place, integrating with the CRM or practice management platform rather than proposing that you abandon it.

How a project runs

  1. 1. Discovery call. Thirty minutes on the problem, the timeline and the budget. No deck, no pitch.
  2. 2. Fixed-price proposal. Scope and a number, in writing, before any code exists.
  3. 3. Build in the open. You get a working version in week two and review progress weekly.
  4. 4. Launch and hand over. Code, repositories and accounts transfer to you at the end. They are yours.
  5. 5. Support if you want it. A monthly retainer is optional and never a condition of handover.

Boca Raton questions we get asked

Can you meet in Boca Raton?

Yes. We are about 40 minutes south in Aventura and travel to Palm Beach County for kickoffs, stakeholder workshops and milestone reviews.

Can you work with our compliance and IT requirements?

Yes, and we would rather hear them at the quote stage. Access control, audit trails, data residency and hosting constraints change architecture, so they belong in the scope from day one instead of arriving as a late change order.

We have a CRM we cannot replace. Is that a problem?

No. Most of our Palm Beach County work integrates with a system that is staying — Salesforce, HubSpot, a practice management platform, or an in-house database. Building around a system of record is normal.

Do you sign NDAs and BAAs?

NDAs routinely, before the first detailed conversation. For healthcare work involving PHI we will discuss a BAA and the specific handling requirements as part of scoping.
