The Challenge
A brokerage-provided website sends an agent’s leads into the brokerage’s database, and the search rankings belong to whoever owns the domain. Agents who change firms start from zero.
The Solution
Pages are built on React Server Components and pre-rendered, with JSON-LD schema so listings read cleanly to Google and AI answer engines. Listings sync from the agent’s MLS over IDX, and SoldFront files the data request with the board through Bridge, Trestle, MLS Grid or Spark. Agents edit listings without code, build neighborhood guides, and new listings post to social automatically. Leads push to Follow Up Boss, LionDesk or kvCORE by API or Zapier, and 301 redirects carry existing rankings over when an agent switches. It started as the platform behind our Bar Mizrahi Realty build.
