An agent’s brokerage-provided website is a trap: it converts visitors into the brokerage’s database, not the agent’s, and the SEO equity belongs to whoever owns the domain. Change firms and the pipeline resets to zero. Bar Mizrahi needed a presence that matched eight-figure waterfront listings and that he would keep.

A fast, editorial property site with search and neighbourhood context for the Aventura and Miami Beach markets — built so that leads land in the agent’s own database and the domain, content and ranking history stay with him. The same platform now backs MyRealtyCMS as a productized offering.
