The Challenge
Galleries run two businesses at once — a curated public face and an inventory operation — and most gallery software serves only the second. The result is a website that looks like a spreadsheet and a viewing experience that ends at a JPEG on a white background.
The Solution
The collector side presents work as an exhibition — curated collections, artist features, and an immersive 3D viewing room that places pieces in a spatial environment rather than a grid. Behind it, the director side handles the collection as inventory: works, artists, pricing and availability, with the public presentation generated from the same records rather than maintained twice.
