Merchant cash advance brokerages run on spreadsheets and email threads. Deals live in one person’s inbox, funder submissions get re-keyed by hand, and every broker can see every other broker’s pipeline — which is exactly the data a brokerage cannot afford to leak internally.
The Solution
A staged deal pipeline with an encrypted document vault and one-click submission to multiple funders. Access is the interesting part: three roles — owner, admin, broker — with permissions granular enough to control exports, funder sends and deal actions independently, and broker scoping that makes cross-broker visibility zero by default. Admins can reassign a deal without leaking it to the previous owner.
