Who we hire

We are hiring students from Florida International University (FIU), the University of Miami (UM), Florida Atlantic University (FAU), Nova Southeastern University, Miami Dade College and Broward College. If you attend one of them, we want to hear from you.

The Software Developer role is for computer science and IT students who have at least one project or GitHub repo to show. The Marketing Intern role is for marketing, communications and business students who write well.

How the hours work

Both roles are built around a student's week, with the two work days scheduled around your classes.

  • 12 hours a week

Each role is 12 hours a week, split into 2 set days of 6 hours. The days are fixed, so you and the studio both know when you are working.

  • Scheduled around your classes

The two days are scheduled around your classes, so the work fits the days you have free.

  • About 80% remote

Most of the work happens remotely. The rest is project or campaign meetings with the founder and South Florida networking events.

  • Part-time W-2 employee

These are paid jobs. You are a part-time W-2 employee of Cuanto Labs, not a contractor and not a volunteer.
